SPECIAL POWER OF ATTORNEY

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

I, Estela Edoc Safawil, of legal age, married to Alex K. Safawil, Filipino and presently residing at
Geneva, Switzerland, do hereby CONSTITUTE, AUTHORIZE and APPOINT my husband Alex K.
Safawil of legal age, married, Filipino, and resident of AD192, Poblacion Buyagan, La Trinidad, Benguet,
Philippines to be my true and lawful Attorney-in-fact for me and in my NAME, PLACE and STEAD, to
do and perform the following acts and doings to wit:

1. To execute, authorize, and allow Warden Umandam Palome Jr., of legal age, single, Filipino
and a resident of JB 66, Pico, La Trinidad, Benguet to mortgage in favour of any
person/mortgagor/entity that parcel of land located in the boundary of Buyagan, La Trinidad,
Benguet covered and embraced by the following documents: (1) Transfer Certificate of Title
No. T-68002 of the Register of Deeds of La Trinidad, Benguet with Tax
Declaration/Assessment of Real Property No. 2010-03-01-00220; (2) Tax
Declaration/Assessment of Real Property No.; 2010-03-01-00904 and (3) Tax
Declaration/Assessment of Real Property No. 2010-03-01-00905, all situated at Poblacion,
Buyagan, La Trinidad, Benguet containing an area of One Hundred Thirty Eight (138) square
meters; One Hundred Fifty (151) Square meters; and One Hundred (100) Square meters,
respectively;

(Please see attached copy of Transfer Certificate of Title No. T-68002 for complete
technical description of the property and Tax Declaration/Assessment of Real
Property Nos. 2010-03-01-00220, 2010-03-01-00904 and 2010-03-01-00905 for ready
reference.)

2. To negotiate, deal and represent me, with the afore-mentioned persons/entities on the terms
and conditions, to be set forth in the Contract of Loan with Deed of Real Estate Mortgage
concerning the above-described parcels of land and its improvements/building;

3. To sign for, make, and execute the Contract of Loan with Real Estate Mortgage and such other
documents which are necessary for the accomplishment of the purpose as herein provided;

4. To receive the consideration or proceeds derived from the mortgage of the said property;

5. To do other acts necessary and proper for the accomplishment of the foregoing as I might
lawfully do if personally present;

HEREBY GIVING AND GRANTING unto my said attorney-in-fact full power and authority
whatsoever requisite or necessary to carry into effect the foregoing authority as fully to all intents and
purposes as I might or could lawfully do if personally present and acting and hereby ratifying and
confirming all that my said attorney-in-fact shall lawfully do or cause to be done by virtue thereof.
