RE: — Bankable Holdings, LLC d/b/a Bella Vita Restaurant, d/b/a Coyote Jacks Saloon Beer
Permit
Dear Ms. Taylor and Mr, Berke:
‘The City of Chattanooga (the “City”) has leamed that Bankable Holdings, LLC has been dissolved
by the State of Tennessee as of July 24, 2019. As you know, the Beer Permit issued by the City
for alcoholic beverage sales at 1400 Cowart Street, Chattanooga, TN 37408-1113 was issued to
Bankable Holdings, LLC, not to the members of the company individually. Pursuant to City Code
Section 5-80, such permits are not transferrable
Given the revocation and inactive status of Bankable Holdings, LLC, there currently exists no
valid permit for the sale of alcoholic beverages at 1400 Cowart Street, Chattanooga, TN 37408-
1113,
You are hereby advised that until proof of Bankable Holdings, LLC’s good standing with the State
of Tennessee, and ability to do business in Tennessee, is provided to the City, the sale of alcoholic
beverages at 1400 Cowart Street, Chattanooga, TN 37408-1113 is strictly prohibited. Any
violation of this prohibition will result in action based upon all legal remedies available to the City,
whether civil or criminal
Sincerely,
PHILLIPA. NOBLETT
