INTRODUCTION

Corporate Social Responsibility is a broad term to describe a company's efforts to

positively impact its environment. These efforts move at different levels of
organizational awareness and can range from economic donations to civil society
organizations, to the implementation of strategic policies inside and outside.

We are all aware that to create a model of sustainable society, companies must be
included as agents with the capacity to respond to the needs of humanity and advance
social projects. Nowadays companies are the main drivers of the economy, the elements
that feed the market and regulate the balance between supply and demand
OBJECTIVES

OVERALL OBJECTIVE

Social responsibility positively influences a company's reputation and its relationship

with stakeholders

SPECIFIC OBJECTIVES

 Why social responsibility is important.

 Benefits of social responsibility
 Social responsibility
 Work satisfaction
After watching the Coca Cola video, answer the following questions:

Why do you think it is important for organizations to be socially responsible and

why?

For me The importance of social responsibility for organizations lies in the construction
of sustainable development. It is a management system that benefits companies,
collaborators, civil society organizations and other interest groups.

Companies that are committed to social responsibility know that said commitment is not
mandatory, which means that their strategic practices in favor of the environment, you
must transcend the current regulations, so that they set a new standard for their industry
and for the corporate sector in general. It is something extra to offer to local and global
communities.
Does it impact a company negatively by being social responsible?

On a personal level, I believe that corporate social responsibility does not have a
negative impact because people love to collaborate with a company they can be proud of,
share their values, enjoy a good reputation and actively contribute to the construction of
a better future for all.

Happy employees often perform better than those who are dissatisfied with their
employment.

Almost 60% of workers who are proud of the social responsibility of their company are
committed to their values and actively work in favor of the objectives of their
organization.

Companies that demonstrate a commitment to generate a positive impact in their

communities attract and retain more committed talent; which favors their productivity
and reduces staff turnover.
How does being social responsible attribute to the organization and to the
environment?

The benefits of Corporate Social Responsibility reach not only the profitability of the
company, but also the multiple interest groups that range from suppliers to clients,
investors and communities in which the committed brand has operations.

In Ecology and Development, I believe that companies must play an active role in
solving the challenges of achieving more sustainable economic, social and environmental
development.

In the internal ecological dimension of corporate social responsibility, the absolute

responsibility for any type of environmental damage caused by the organization is
implied, for the realization of its productive processes, finished products or derived by-
products, therefore it includes the prevention and repair of themselves either caused or
eventually caused

Can you think of any external environmental factors that are obstacles?

In my opinion, the external factors that may affect the organizational culture of a socially
responsible company is its degree of commitment to the Environment. they are the
breach of international regulations in this regard, a socially responsible company not
only complies with them, but also implements actions that compensate for the emissions
or waste generated and impact on the improvement and care of nature.

The environmental commitment is an essential element for companies to innovate and

modernize to achieve a more competitive and global economy, as well as being a social
vehicle for the promotion of dignity at work and sustainable development.
CONCLUSIONS

Modern organizations that want to succeed in their business operations should have as a
priority the consideration of corporate social responsibility within their management, not
only as an aspect often required by the laws of the countries, but as a transparent
awareness of the impact that It causes each industry to the environment, resources and
society in general.

No matter the size or nature of the company, what really matters is that awareness be
made at all levels, from top management to the lowest organizational levels that the land
is what provides all the resources used for production, therefore it must be cultivated so
that future generations enjoy it. If an organization goes unnoticed to social responsibility,
it damages its corporate image both with its clients, with its collaborators and also with
its suppliers who often take them as role models in these practices.
