The Frame
edgetech unique frame designed has inherent strength &
stability. The modular framework is constructed of corrosion
resistant extruded aluminium hollow profile. One can choose
from a wide variety of profiles ranging from basic profiles to
specialized true thermal break profiles with covings.
The Panel
Standard 25 mm or 43 mm double
skinned construction infilled with
pressure injected CFC & HFC free PUF
with 'k' value of 0.02 Watts/ m°C and
density of 38-40 kg/m3. Combination
choice of precoated, prepainted, pre-
plasticised, plain galvanised sheets,
aluminium, SS 304 & SS 316 in various
thicknesses is available for inner & outer
skin of the panel. Choice of glass wool,
mineral wool, phenolic insulation is also

with multi slope ensures positive drainage of the
condensate. The drain pan can be accessed easily
for a periodic cleaning. Flexibility of
construction material in SS 304 , Aluminium or
GSS to choose from. The drain pan is insulated for
thermal protection with 10 mm thick closed
cell elastomeric insulation.

type of primary or secondary
filters of different media with
variable efficiencies. In areas of
particular importance, such as
hospitals and clean rooms,
absolute filters can be provided
to ensure safe human and
machine environments.
The Air Mixing Section
Return air & fresh air can be mixed at the required rate with
dampers that are specifically designed to minimise the
stratification of entering air streams for maximum air
efficiency. Manual/Motorized Damper in extruded aluminium
aerofoil design, GSS construction or SS construction are
available to choose from. A choice of 2 way or 3 way mixing
chamber is also available.

Low Height, Ceiling Suspended Ductable Units (Direct Drive Fans)
offers compact solutions for compact spaces. The standard single skin unit is available in 6 model with an
airflow range of 1200 - 5000 CFM.

less space above the false ceiling, thereby, providing more shelf space.

n Variable speed saves energy : The units are fitted with 3 speed drive. One can adjust fan speed as per cooling load
conditions, thereby, saving energy & enhancing personal comfort.

n Closed cell XPE thermal lining prevent sweating ensuring the safety of false ceiling.

n Computer selected, high efficiency, cooling coils ensures effective heat transfer for years.
