EMPLOYMENT OFFER

Dear Ms.Sherma,

It gives me immense pleasure to offer you the position of “Caregiver” after successful review of your
application and we welcome you to join the family of your AL RAHMA Nursing Services, State of Qatar,
under the following terms and conditions;

JOB TITLE : Caregiver

BASIC SALARY : 1800QR

Food : 300 QR

Working Hours : 8h

Overtime : Pay extra

Accommodation : Sharing accommodation provided by the company

Transportation : Provided by the company while at work

Holiday : 1 day per week

Visa, Resident ID : Provided by the company

In your position with AL RAHMA Nursing Services you will be entitled to the following Employee benefits:

I EMPLOYEE AGREEMENT

1.1 This Agreement is for a limited period of Five (02) years and will commence from the date of
contract.

1.2 This agreement reflects the stipulations of the State of Qatar Labor Law and is governed by the
clauses therein.

1.3 The first 6 months of employment will be considered to be a probation period.

1.4 In case of resignation prior to completion of your contract, you will be charged towards recruitment
expenses such as air ticket, medical, visa and residency fees.

II ANNUAL LEAVE ENTITLEMENTS

2.1 The total annual paid Leave is 21 calendar days per year and is only possible after 12 months
service.

III AIR TICKET ENTITLEMENTS

3.1 You will be provided with an economy class return air ticket of any airline to your home country
every two years. Such a ticket will be paid by AL RAHMA Nursing Services.

3.2 Should you resign before completion of contract duration, you will be responsible to provide
yourself with an air ticket to your point of Origin.

3.3 Point of Origin is determined based on the nationality as stated in your passport and tickets are
provided to the nearest International Airport.

IV SICKNESS AND SICK LEAVE

4.1 Sick leave is not granted until you have completed six months (which is the probationary period).
Thereafter, you will be entitled to 15 days per annum, which will take effect after the satisfactory
completion of the first full year employment.

4.2 The sick leave is computed as follows:

Full pay for the first 10 days


Half pay for the next 15 days
Following 45 days without pay

V HOURS OF WORK

5.1 As per State of Qatar Labor law.

VI ACKNOWLEDGEMENT

6.1 The above mentioned points represent the Employee Benefits offered for your role within the
company. They are a summary of the benefits, entitlements and privileges offered to Employees of your
rank.

6.2 Policies and Procedures that relate to Employee Benefits may change from time to time. Should
this be the case, we will communicate such changes to you with sufficient notice to model your
behavior accordingly. You acknowledge receiving a copy of this summary and your understanding
that occasionally, policies may change. In so much that they do not detract from Employees
Agreements made, we would expect employees to follow Policies and Procedure as a condition of
employment reflecting the appropriate image at all times. It is your responsibility to familiarize
yourself with the policies and procedure concerned.

6.3 Please note that the company has full right to terminate this contract at any time provided that there
is a sound and good reason behind this decision.

VII NON COMPETITION CLAUSE

7.1 During the employment, the employee shall not allow to do the following within State of Qatar.

a. Work for, render services of perform any activities for or behalf of any competitor of the
Employer/any of its associates or subsidiaries.

b. Represent as agent, broker or partner of legal entity or work with or directly or indirectly
participate in either a company who provides services similar to those provided by the
Employer, any of its associates or subsidiaries.

c. Solicit or endeavour to entice away from Employer any of its current or former suppliers,
customers or clients, to influence their relationship with Employer, or to discourage any
business activities with Employer.

d. Engage in producing, marketing, selling and/or representing products and services which
compete in any way with the products and services of the Employer, any of its associates or
subsidiaries.

e. Provide service to any or former supplier or client of Employer other than in connection with
the normal and proper cause of duties under the employment.

f. Interfere in any way whatsoever with the Employer’s plans, decision, and/or policies related to
its existing, potential, or former employees or staff.
