Job Summary: Looking for an Airport Reservations and Ticketing Agent (No Experience) in Abu
Dhabi, United Arab Emirates (UAE)

Job Duties:
Tasked with building sustainable working relationships with airlines and as well as corporate and
direct clients.

Provide consultation for clients on the services provided by the company.

The incumbent will negotiate with airline suppliers.

Provide feasible airline options to the clients after negotiations with the suppliers.

Supporting groups during departures and ensuring client request are met.

Provide market and client information, and following up with visits to develop new business.

Tasked with processing cancellations and modifications and promptly relaying this information.

Job Qualifications and Experience

The applicant must have a Bachelor’s Degree

Applicants who have good knowledge of ticketing have an added advantage

Good communication skills

Professional demeanour

Relationship building skills

Applicants who have good knowledge of airport reservations operations have an added advantage

Experience in comparing airline fares is an added advantage

Well groomed personality
