SPECIAL POWER OF ATTORNEY

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

I, JOSHUA E. BELARMINO, of legal age, Filipino, and a
resident of Pleasant Homes Subdivision, Punta Princesa, Cebu
City do by these presents hereby NAME, APPOINT and
CONSTITUTE, DANILO BARDOS, of legal age, Filipino, and a
resident of #36 Multinational Avenue corner St. Andrew Street,
Multinational Village, Parañaque City, to be my true and lawful
Attorney-In-Fact, for me in my place, name, stead, and for my
own use and benefit, to do and perform the following acts, to
wit:
1. To apply and obtain my Certificate of Membership
in the Philippine Bar, Certificate of Good Moral
Standing, and/or other necessary documents and
certifications for my application for notarial
commission;

2. To claim and receive such clearance, documents,

and/or certifications upon issuance;

3. To do any other act appropriate and in connection

with obtaining and claiming of the aforementioned
documents and certifications.

HEREBY GIVING AND GRANTING unto my said

Attorney-in-Fact full power and authority to do and perform
any and every act and thing whatsoever requisite, necessary or
proper to be done as fully to all intents and purposes as I
might or could do if personally present and acting in person;
and,
HEREBY RATIFYING AND CONFIRMING all that my
said Attorney-in-Fact shall lawfully do and cause to be done
under and by virtue of these presents.
