pressure. Have ability to mix cement slurries continuously at

Definisi
Integrated Project Management (IPM) atau Management Proyek Pengeboran Terpadu
(MPPT) adalah gabungan dari beberapa unit kegiatan untuk menyediakan jasa layanan
Drilling / Pemboran minyak & Gas dimana semuanya terintegrasi dalam satu atap (one
stop solution) dibawah satu management.

Maksud & Tujuan

Untuk melaksanakan suatu project pengeboran, pihak KKKS (PSC) & KSO harus
mempersiapkan beberapa proses tender (Drilling Rig, Mud Services, Cementing, Wireline
Logging, Mud Logging, dll). Hal ini tentu akan sangat memakan waktu yang lama, tenaga
dan biaya. Dengan melakukan lelang IPM/IDS untuk suatu project pengeboran, maka akan
sangat menghemat waktu, tenaga, biaya, dll karena semua services yang akan mendukung
dalam proyek pengeboran akan terintegrasi dalam satu proses Tender
