COMPLETION INSPECTION REPORT

Date of Inspection : January 29, 2019

Findings : The hereunder defects were noted on the project:

1) Presence of excess material around the building were noted.
2) All floor outlet was not provided.
3) PWD comfort room door were not provided.
4) Faucets at the Comfort room for female were not installed.
5) Insufficient painting on comfort room window.
6) Outlet and switches not yet installed.
7) Square panel light was not properly installed.
8) Panel Board connection was not yet installed properly.

Recommendations : The following recommendations:

1) Clean-up all excess material around the building.
2) Provide all floor outlet.
3) Provide PWD comfort room door.
4) Install faucets at the Comfort room for (ground floor).
5) Re-do painting on comfort window.
6) Provide all outlet and switches.
7) All square panel light install it properly.
8) Panel Board connection install it properly.
