2. This document defines typical Corrective Action Priority and Recommended Corrective Action for the anomaly relying on visual inspection only. It does not apply to wall thinning and welding/surface defect caused by 
either from fabrication or operation. 
3. Specific Corrective Action Priority and Recommended Corrective Action may change on case‐by‐case basis depending on inspector's judgment.
