appoint ZALDY T. DAGUINOD, of legal age, and a resident of Lupok, Guiuan, Eastern Samar to be my true and lawful attorney-in fact,
for me and in my name, place and stead for my own use and benefit, to do and perform any or all of the following acts and things, to wit:

1. To process, transact and submit any documents and other related process with BUREAU OF INTERNAL REVENUE
