Title: Dansalan Homecare Clinic Sales and Inventory System

Description of the Proposed System


The main purpose of this system is for the sales and inventory of the Clinic that will help the head nurse to
manage all the stocks. Managing the stocks means that he/she can see all the details that a product or certain
medicine contains ( Name, Quantity, Expiration Date, Purchased Price, Retail Price and Manufacturer/ Medical
Representative ).
Login credentials will be provided to every authorized personnel. It will also have a notification panel that
consist of all products that needs replenishment when it reaches a certain limit and also indicate when the product is
near to its expiration date (notification settings can vary regarding to the set limit of the end user).

Mission/Goals
Dansalan Homecare Clinic Sales and Inventory System is designed to help the nurse optimize the process
in monitoring the sales and inventory regarding the distribution of medicines and stock records. This system will
surely help to eliminate human error in recording and tracking transactions.

Existing Structure
Dansalan Homecare Clinic is using manual recording of transactions and also they are not able to check
the products ahead of time that is near to its date of expiry.

Benefits
Having this sales and inventory system will help the business to be systematic and organized. It will be a
great help to oversee the products that needs attention (Ex. Out of stock and Expiry Date).
Managing the inventory system and tracking of sales will be a lot easier because the branches of the
business will be interconnected to each other.
Warranted Proposal
Implementation of the system will help the business to fully track records accurately and systematically.
Easy and accurate recording of data and information will minimize human error.
Accumulated sales and inventory reports of different branches will be readily available.
