By studying the course of “Strategies for Growth and Excellence” has really helped me to improve mt
confidence and communication skills, in which I was lacing behind. As communication is key tool in
everyday life, so an individual must have a good communication skill to enhance his or her growth in
everyday life. If an individual doesn’t possess a good and fluent communication skills, then that individual
will face the stiff challenge of exchanging their ideas with other people around them.
By improving my communication, I had felt a great improvement in my social interaction skills as well.
Social interaction is also a main tool in today’s life. For individuals, better social interaction is also very
important to our health. According to the research, having a very strong support network and also bonds of
strong community results in improvement of both physical and emotional health for the individual. There
are many numbers of studies, that have been researched over the years which shows that there is a positive
relationship between social support and quality of physical and psychological health.
This course had also helped me to improve my critical and creative thinking skills. Critical thinking helps
in enhancement of the individual’s language and well as their presentation skills. A clear thinking and
systematically thinking process also improves a person’s way of expressing their ideas to others persons.
Critical thinking also enhances creativity. It also results in innovative solutions to complex problems. It
helps to generate new ideas which are much more relevant and are useful to the tasks at hand. Critical
thinking also plays an important role in evaluating new ideas, also choosing and selecting the best ones and
modifying them if needed. Critical thinking is also important for one’s self -reflection.

Facebook, which was founded my Mark Zuckerberg, in 2004, has created a wide impact upon the social
network at the world stage. Facebook has now grown up to a leading social website around the globe with
a billion of accounts, including males, females and children of every different age.
Facebook was billions of users, which stay in contact with their friends to exchange their statuses, pictures,
message, and well as files with each other. Facebook make it easier for the people to collaborate with each
other and to make them aware about each other feelings and what they are up to.
Aside from the people, there are many large of companies who have created their accounts of Facebook,
and with the help of those accounts they are growing their business. They took orders from their customers
daily via Facebook messaging service and try to fulfill their customer’s demands as per their wishes.
Creation of Facebook has made the life of people easier. Now a days, people are more aware about the
political, social, geographical, happenings around the globe as they were many years back.
Although being social and having a good communication skill help people a lot, but users should also be
aware about the potential problems and threats in using Facebook. There are numerous fake accounts on
Facebook made by hackers who are continuously trying to hack in the organization’s systems and
developing ways to perform fraudulent activities via Facebook. There are numerous attempts around the
world, where many people are being caught red handed by the authorities in engaging in negative activities
which could result in potential harm for the users of the social network.
At last this course has helped to increase and improve my overall communication skills, but one problem I
faced was that, at first this was a group project but due to some certain problems this has now turned to be
an individual project. Now, I am trying my best to cope up with this burden and will give my best in this
course to make it a memorable learning experience. It will be solely be my responsibility about the outcome
of this course.
