ABSTRACT:

The leading causal factors in traffic accidents occurring

worldwide are driver drowsiness, drunk and drive and critical situation like heart

attack. Driver drowsiness resulting from sleep deprivation or sleep disorders is an

important factor for increasing number of accidents on today’s road. For this we

suggested an idea of making cars more intelligent and interactive which may notify

or resist user under unacceptable conditions. They may provide critical information

of real time situations to rescue him. This paper deals with a real time safety

prototype that controls the vehicle under driver fatigue, drunk and drive, heart

attack. The purpose of such a model is to advance a system to detect fatigue

symptoms in driver and control the speed of the vehicle to avoid accidents. Thus

the project is implemented with number of real time sensors such as Alcohol

sensor, Eye Blink sensor, heart pulse rate, Temperature sensor, Force sensor and

Line Follower.
