Dear Sir,

CCCC Water Transportation Consultants Co. Ltd confirmed that the Section of the T3 and T5
Works has been designed in accordance with the Contract and the Employer's Requirements
except the following:

1. Change of reinforced concrete substation into the containerized compact substation for
Administration Building and Maintenance Workshop Building.

2. Adding the INEN 2380/ASTM C1157 standard for reinforcement concrete pipe as one of
standards adopted in this project.

All details can be found in associated RFD correspondence letters and incorporated in the As-
Built drawings.
