2. Pneumatic air system

(1). Precautions

Air pressure 6 kg /cm2 at least

The configuration for pneumatic system and air regulator needs to be completed
before machine installation.

(2). Piping distribution

a. Pneumatic air has to be filtered.

b. The air compressor should supply enough pneumatic air to the machine. (1 hp
compressor must supply 90 Nl/min air.)

c. For inputs of pneumatic air and power, refer to the illustrations below.

The specification of quick connector at the air input is 9.525 mm (3/8 in.)

d. Please dispose the power cable and air tube under ground as possible. The layout of
oil cooler and coolant tank is close to the machine as possible. We strongly
recommend that operators must wear safety shoes to prevent accidents from slipping
and falling.
