AWAbots are remote distance access robots that can

be driven at exhibitions from any computer, anywhere
in the world, with an internet connection,

awabots can be controlled using the indicator pad and

the computers webcam can be set as its screen. It en-
ables renters to directly speak face to face with exhibi-
tors and visitors.

at your exhibition to visitors

Some visitors miss out on great exhibitions because they

cannot physically visit, however for 20-50 Euros an hour (55
minutes) per hall visitors can rent an AWAbot at an exhibition.

Exhibitors:
Exhibitors can plan to rent an AWAbot priori to the
exhibition or during flexible hours directly at the
exhibition. 
It may outweigh the costs for some to physically
visit and will allow those at the office to browse
around the exhibition.
 Requirements
AWAbots should have a battery time for the whole 8 hours
exhibition, or will need to be charged for 5-10 minutes after
every session. The exhibitors ground personnel will connect
and disconnect the AWAbots for charging. Renters will pay an
deposit to bring the AWAbots to the charging station. 

The exhibition ground will need to have a good wifi con-

nection 1 mb>, or wifi dongle’s can be employed on the
AWAbots. Users will also need to have a good internet
connection of 1mb>
The exhibitor ground will need to set a rental price of at
least 20 Euros an hour for an AWAbot or cover its costs.

Renters will have to pay in advance or before the rental,

an will be sent an email before the session.

Advertisement: Before the exhibition for a limited time, the

offer should be on the website (trade fair website) or on
the ticket buyers page.

Before the exhibition 50% needs to be rented, through

the exhibitor organiser web placement, once sold out
advertisement will be removed.
Awabots can rented at both exhibitions and conferences.

Revenues for the exhibitor:

Between 20-50% of the revenue from the AWAbots can be 
provided to the exhibitor organizor 4 AWAbots at your ex-
hibition

Revenue forecast
full booking maximum total revenue is 8 hours of rental
potential in a standard 9-5 exhibition, per AWAbot, with a
maximum revenue of 400 euros per day per AWAbot.
