2. JOB PURPOSE:
Accomplishes business development activities by researching and developing marketing opportunities and
plans; implementing sales plans; managing staff.
3. JOB DESCRIPTION
People Management
Provides leadership to the day-to-day operations of the sales department, while maintaining focus
on the company’s strategic goals.
Establishes performance goals for all sales department employees, and monitors performance on a
continual basis.
Oversees all hiring, training and firing of personnel involved in Sales and Marketing.
4. JOB CONTEXT:
Works in conjunction with the directors, managers, coordinators and manages this interdepartmental
cooperation.
Minimum Experience:
3-5 years’ experience in a marketing and sales.
Previous experience in Jubail.

Proven leadership ability to influence, develop, and empower employees to achieve objectives with a
team approach.
Demonstrated superior time management skills and meeting sales deadlines.
Effective communicating with excellent interpersonal, negotiation and presentation skills.
Ability to work in highly challenging and pressurized work environments.
A keen understanding of marketing concepts, financial planning and strategy.
Ability to understand the customer and provide excellent customer service.
