Uploading venues

Log into: http://theenjoyguide.com/sitemgr/

1. Click on “Content Manager” on the left

2. Click “Add Listing” in the top right corner

3. Choose “Diamond” and click “Next”

4. Fill out the following fields:

Listing title = Name of venue

Listing Level = Leave as Diamond
Categories For Restaurants = Restaurants-> Choose cuisines, Dietary Restrictions, Good for, Meals
For Spa = Select -> Spa & Wellness
For Boutiques = Select -> Boutiques
For Activites = Select -> Activites
For hotels = Select -> Hotels
For All categories = Select -> The Offers -> Choose the corresponding offer
Account = Skip
Status = Skip
Renewal Date = Skip
Disable claim for this listing = Check the box
Summary description = The first sentence or two from the description
Description = The full description
Keywords for Search = Skip
E-mail = Enter email address
Phone = Enter phone number
Fax = Skip
Address = Write as Jl. Xxxxx (instead of Jalan). Google will automatically suggest
Address 2 = Skip
Zip code = Enter zip code if available
City = Choose city
Reference = Skip
Facebook page = Enter full url from Facebook (https://www.facebook.com/xxxxx)
Instagram = Enter Instagram handle (@xxxxx)
LinkedIn = Skip
Twitter = Enter Twitter page (https://twitter.com/xxx)
Features = Write “Redeem offer with:” (without the quotation marks)
Hours = Write in the format xx:xx am to xx:xx pm

5. Add photos:
(a) Make a copy of the photos so we can preserve the originals
(b) All horizontal photos need to be cropped/resized to 1280 x 960
 (c) All vertical photos need to be resized to a width of 1280 (height is not important. No
cropping needed)
(d) Drag the photos in to the gray box that says “Photo gallery”.
(e) Be sure to click on the main photo (it will have a blue line to the left of it).

6. Click “Save Changes”

That’s it.
