Vision Statement
The company will be the gold standard of a globally successful enterprise with a heart
that will embolden all businesses to better serve society. Being faithful stewards of God-given
talents and natural resources, our company will give the best to urgently and sustainably build a
global company which will showcase the best of the Philippines and uplift all people, especially
the poor through providing affordable, quality, natural products.

Goals and Objectives

At BUZZFREE, we believe in the freedom to enjoy the outdoors, because we think that
when we’re outside we’re happier, healthier, and more relaxed. That’s why it’s our goal to help
protect your time outside. Whether you’re working up a sweat or just soaking in the sun,
BUZZFREE can help you enjoy the outdoors instead of worrying about mosquitoes.

Key to Success

Strong leadership and Effective management are two key components to any successful
organization. There are many skills and characteristic traits needed to be a strong leader in the
workplace, and many people get confused about the two. Also, one must know why a leader is
so crucial by evaluating their role in making the organization successful. Leadership is the
process of influencing others to achieve group or organizational goals. Leaders have skills that
can be incorporated into any management style to help mangers become leaders of the future.
Leaders help their workforce see how they as individuals can single handedly help create the
future of the business. They have the ability to inspire their followers to be creative and go
beyond the boundaries of the normal business structure. Leaders are effective in doing this
because they aren't afraid to be hands on. In turn, leaders that are good at being hands on
know exactly what is required to help clear the path for their employees to be
successful. Communication/Listening, I believe, is the next important skill leaders must possess.
Successful leaders make a commitment to communicate with their staff and keep them
informed on the success of the business as it moves into the future. Employees want their
voices to be heard so they can have that feeling that they are an important part of the
company's future. Leaders must listen to their employees' ideas and use what ones can help
the business be successful in its strategic vision. The last skill I feel is important is the ability to
support and facilitate. An effective leader creates work environments where employees can
feel safe to speak up and tell the truth about the company they work for. A leader should
support their employees' suggestions and ideas.

Company Background

BUZZFREE is a private company registered and based in the Philippines, founded and
privately owned by a team of biologist students with expertise in medical entomology.
BUZZFREE has more than 1 year of combined research experience in vector control. Our core
expertise lies in the translation of scientific knowledge into insect repellant products. We offer
low-cost, proven and sustainable solutions to combat disease-carrying mosquitoes. BUZZFREE
has capacity and access to several field to evaluate the efficacy of our mosquito control
innovations. The owners of the company has passion for innovation and sheer interest in
nature, guided them towards developing this unique product. BUZZFREE continues to strive to
transform the lives of the impoverished and underserved through successful and sustainable
social enterprises and quality natural products for everyone. Though still a very young
company, BUZZFREE has big plans for the future and is fiercely determined to build a globally
recognized brand that touches the hearts and lives of everyone it comes in contact with.
