Introduction

Business related to Travel and tourism is known as the popular sector for todays. Man is the
curious animal and recreational seeker. From this concept various tourist sector has been
developed and men move one place to another place for seeking the pleasure. For this the travel
and tourism becomes an industry that support in the time of economic crisis. This assessment is
the based on Travel and tourism sector as well as Tourist destination means the place where a
person set as the visiting place. In this assessment I will try to expose tourist destinations of
tourism sector. Firstly I will show the effective approach the tourism and showed the data of its.
My tourist destination is Greenwich of UK and other is popular destination of Dubai. Then I will
analysis important features of tourism destination on selected destination. Then will discuss the
critical feature that is related to specific location as politics, economics, culture, and so on.
Finally I will discuss important issues that are related to develop or become popular to all world
people.

Greenwich of UK have various attractive places that concentrate the visitors. The following part

The presented data on Greenwich of UK and Dubai clearly showed that the number of visitor is
more and more than Dubai. The increasing level of visitor has found in UK. Most of the people

select their destination to Greenwich as their passing leisure. Here also we see that most of the
visitors have tendency to visit park, architectural site, venue, and so on. The most of the payable
sector is park.

The most visited place of the Greenwich is Greenwich Park where we found Queen House,
Royal Observatory, ancient chestnut trees, Park's extensive rose gardens, pedestrian, Statue, and

The international tourism sector concentrates to national and indigenous sector of tourism by
making design based on the national development policy and strategies. The above present data
is publisher in last year and there also published international data. The data of world tourism
industry, UK has lain on the top position of the highest tourism industry. World Bank exposes a
statistics of visitor in national and international visitor to this place. They showed that about
31.16 Million people are engaged in tourism nationally and internationally (World Bank, 2015).
The number of previous showed 29.28 million. The cost of the visitor spends USD 24.88 billion
by engaging tourism.

Dubai is the Middle East country that developed their tourism sector as a new member of tourism
industry. As a youth member of tourism industry, the number of visitor is too low compere with
the UK. The number of visitor has been increased 7.5% where other country is not such
increasing level. Now a days Dubai is the city where visited a huge sum visitor every year
(World Bank, 2015). The main economic activities are related to Tourism industry in Dubai.
Cambodia is the country where the number of visitor becomes more than double within 2 years.
The rate of increasing is 140% that is really incredible. Most of the visitor of here is foreigner
(Science Direct, 2009).

Social media, internet, and advertisement played an important role to increase the level of visitor.
Social media makes the changing destiny to travel marketing. Now days the social media helps
to convey information to people by a mobile phone. With the help of mobile phone the visitor
can get information and assures the requirement of data with travelling. With the mobile phone
calling and SMS service the Authority takes the feedback from customer satisfaction with
comment and recommendation. Through mobile phone the solution of travelling related problem
can be solve. Advertising, promotional offer, and goodwill are the most influential term of

assure better and memorable tour.

In the future, the number of tourism will increased in every tourist destination. It is assumed that
the rate of visitor of UK will be increased in 4.5% and their rate of expenditure to this sector is
2.5% by considering the statistic. The expenditure will go £22.2 billion from 35.1 million visitors
(Gov UK, 2015). In Greenwich many games have been arranged in indoor venue like as
Olympic and other international games like 2012 that increased visitor dramatically. Subsequent
result the local people becomes benefited. The international and national visitor can develop this
sector.

There are various features that are impact on tourist destinations nationally and internationally.
Based on the feature, tourist destinations have been segregated. For example we can say that the
archeological site attacked the people who are in the earthquake zone. Natural Park offers us the
beauty of the landscape. Zoo is introduces the beast of the various forest and types. This task has
been deliberated in describing cultural, social and physical features of tourist destinations. The
discussion are given below-

Culture: Royal Observatory is the most common place for visitor which is situated in
Greenwich of UK that is beside of London city. It covered 74 hectares as the part of Greenwich
Park. The place is Popular for statue of General James Wolfe in the top of the hill. The other
cultural site is Charlton House that contains the culture of primitive time. It made with read
bricks and beautiful stone in 1607-12. It also contains the relic of World War 1 as the hospital.
This is relic of culture of Britain history. In Dubai the Burj Khalifa is the highest building of the
history that attacked the visitor and use as the hotel (Elsevier, 2014).

Generally Tourist visits the well decorated and attractive tourism destinations. The main
responsibility to take initiative is to national or international authority. To decorate the tourism
destinations, authorities should consider the influenced factors of tourism. Social and cultural
factor has close connection to each other. So the authority has to concentrate to these issues.
Considering this the destination has to be modified.

If we analysis the tourist destination of India then we will notice the factors of social & cultural
things combination. There is no need to have a huge sum element to develop the features of the
factor. For understand better we can put example of Taj Mahal as designing tourism destination.
Taj Mahal symbolized the cultural factor of love and action to partner besides the physical
feature. The Taj Mahal is not representing the single issues rather than a great massage to the
visitor with total culture especially social & linguistic differentiation. For example “Athithi Devo
