SUBJECT : Explanation

DATE : October 04, 2019

1. References:
a. Memorandum Circular No. 08-001 dated January 17, 2008; and
b. Daily Personnel Accounting Report (DPAR) conducted by the DUTY
OD, PCPT ARIES REYES, during the Daily Personnel Accounting on
September 26, 2019, 8:00PM to 8:00AM of September 27, 2019.

2. This pertains to the Daily Personnel Accounting Report (DPAR) conducted by

the DUTY OD, Admin of this unit on September 26, 8:00PM to 8:00AM of September
27, 2019 (TEAM B) in front of RHSU building, Camp Bagong Diwa, Bicutan, Taguig
City.

3. That, I the undersigned was marked absent during daily personnel accounting
report by the duty OD, RHSU. That I was absent during the DPAR because I received
an order from MTC Court Branch 123, Las Piñas City to testify as a witness against
People of the Philippines vs. Rosendo Galura y Reyes with Criminal Case No.
73863. That the undersigned suffered tremendous migraine after attending the said
court hearing. And the next day of September 27, 2019, I also appeared before the
Court of Branch 201 RTC Las Piñas City for Criminal Case No. 18-0656 People of the
Philippines vs. Ronaldo Cabarles y Samudio and et.al. That the undersigned
informed thru text message our Sergeant of the Guard (SG) PEMS Dante B Zipagan.

4. That the undersigned has no intention to defy any legal orders of the PNP
Organization.

5. That I am hoping for a kind consideration regarding shortcomings and prayed

that said explanation be given merit.
