The current Plumbing rates varies between Rs 7,000 to Rs 15,000 for each Bathroom which includes the
fixing of shower panels, western closet (WC), washbasins, health faucet, shower heads, mixtures, two
way diverters, valves, all taps, solar hot water valve, shower enclosures fittings, soap racks, towel
rod, holders , flush tank etc.

80,000 (Standard)
For a Bathroom to be made fully fitted with materials and labor including all basic fittings will cost Rs
50,000 for a small bathroom and upwards of Rs 80,000 for a Standard bathroom size. These proposed rates
don’t include high-end bath wares like the bathtub, Jacuzzi, shower enclosures, steam etc.

One can decide on his budget on how much one wants to spend on additional fit-outs. In today’s lifestyle,
one efficiently spends upwards of Rs 1 lac for an attached bathroom.
