Ethanol produced at room temperature

Method
1. Cut 6 feet of rubber tubing into 6 pieces, each being 8 inches
in length.
2. Pair up 12 flasks into pairs of two.
3. Put mashed fruit in two flasks, Yard waste in two flasks, and
mashed corn in two flasks.
4. Put 1 rubber cork with a center hole inside of each flask (to
observe anaerobic respiration)
5. Connect each empty flask to one filled flask.
6. Set aside 1 pair of mashed fruit flasks, 1 pair of yard waste flasks,
and 1 pair of mashed corn flasks.
7. Put the other pairs in an ice cold temperature.
8. Leave the other pairs at room temperature
9. Record the amount of ethanol produced in each pair of yard
waste, corn, and mashed fruit for 4 weeks.
10. Record results in data table
