1. What did you do before performing the sport?
- Before doing the sport, I wear proper uniform/gear to play comfortable and then,
do some warm-up to wake my body during playing badminton.

2. What did you do after performing the sport?


- After doing sport, I rest and drink normal water (not cold) to be hydrated.

3. What are the advantages of playing the sport?


- The advantages of playing basketball is, being physically and mentally fit.

4. What are the disadvantages of playing the sport?


- The disadvantage in playing basketball is that it may cause you injury and get
dehydrated.

5. What are the benefits of playing the sport?


- The benefit on playing badminton is, it can make you physical fit, develops
athleticism, increased muscle tone, psychological benefits, social health, good for
overall, health flexibility and muscle strength, mobility weight loss, and Decrease
diabetes.

- The disadvantage in playing basketball is that it may cause you severe injury.

5. What are the benefits of playing the sport?


- The benefit of playing sport is that it can burn calories (an hour of basketball can
burn 630–750 calories), build endurance, improve balance and coordination,
develop concentration and self-discipline, build up muscle and also help you to
make new friends and see them regularly teach you about being a good team
player.
