o 1979 Founded by Mr.Cherukuri Satyanarayana

o 1994 Established GMP facility at Keesara for APIs and Fine Chemicals.

o 2007 choose to go green by entering into mushroom production at


Peddapuram, East Godavari and Medchal, Telangana.

o We are the largest quality producers in both the products.

o 2017 entered into the line of building products at Keesara, and Peddapuram
Andhra pradesh and Patancheru, Telangana.

Inventaa’s building product division was incorporated in June 2017. Since the inception of
the precast division, the company has diversified it’s offerings into the following –

o Precast Building Elements – From Elematic, Finland

o AAC Blocks – Dutch System

o Coloured Paver Blocks – From Reckers, Germany

Inventaa Industries is one of India’s largest producer of precast elements with an installed
capacity of approx. 1500 m2/day for Prestresssed Hollow Core Slabs and 3000 m2/day for
Load Bearing Walls among other precast elements like columns, beams, staircases and
special elements.

In addition, Inventaa Industries is expanding the production capacity in two of our four
precast plants to meet the growing demand for precast building products.
PREACAST PLANT – KEESARA, AP

PC Plant Area - 28 acres for PC Plant • Elematic - Hollow Core Lines
