WHEREAS, the parties hereto are the only surviving heirs of the deceased, they being the
legitimate children, wife of the descendant.

DEED OF ABSOLUTE SALE

favor of Menandro Lambunao.

Rules of Court, in favor of any other possible heirs, creditors and other persons who
might have been deprived of their lawful participation in the estate of the decedent for a
period of two (2) years.
