HR Assistant

Are you interested in building your future career in HR? Would you like to gain experience in administrative
HR work in a large global company as a part of an enthusiastic team of HR professionals? We are now
looking for two HR Assistants to join our growing team, one with permanent contract and one with fixed-
term contract until the end of April 2019!

As an HR Assistant you will support our employees and managers in employment related issues. You will
take care widely of employment related tasks during the whole employment life cycle including absence
management, payroll support, business data changes and offboarding. You will also advise managers and
employees in HR processes, policies and guidelines, and answer questions for example related to the labor
law. You will be part of our Regional HR Member Services team based in Helsinki and also work closely with
our global HR Member Services team.

The position is located in our headquarters in Pitäjänmäki, Helsinki.

Required qualifications to be successful in this role

You have studied HR and are familiar with HR practices and processes, but above all, you are eager to learn
and develop your skills as an HR professional. You enjoy administrative tasks and want to gain experience in
HR and employment related tasks. You are a fast learner and work easily with different IT systems.

We expect you to have:

 some previous experience in HR
 willingness to learn and develop your skills as an HR professional
 accuracy and attention to detail
 advanced skills in MS Excel
 good interaction and teamwork skills
 positive, solution-oriented and service-minded attitude
 proactive and independent working style
 Bachelor’s degree from HR related field
 fluent communication skills in Finnish and in English
 Experience in multinational HR team especially in IT field is considered as an asset.
