Open Letter to the Extinction Rebellion and All Concerned (who isn’t?).

Madam/ Sir.
I am a 65-Year old Barefoot Bioenvironmental Worker from Pakistan and have been engaged in Triple
'A' (Appropriate, Adaptive & Applied) R&D, in the Field, from Makran (Pakistan) to Muzaffarabad
(Azad Kashmir) from the past 30-Years.
I have adapted; developed and applied many Sustainable Interventions & Mechanisms for Sustainable
Development in complete Harmony with Nature.
This is not the reason for contacting you!
I have been closely observing the greatly encouraging trend towards Preservation of Nature rise up
Internationally.
I believe that until and unless we take a Holistic & Integrated view to ensure Sustainability, we will
FAIL!
This is my sole reason for contacting you.
The immediate and direct threat to life for us and many Muslims around the Globe arises NOT from
Environmental Crash but from the Exploitive; Belligerent; Underhand Maneuvering of Neo-
Colonialism Super Powers (& Wannabes) being imposed upon us and the specter of Nuclear Holocaust
that accompanies it.
From Chechnya – Russia; China – East Turkistan; USA – Afghanistan; India – Kashmir; Burma –
Myanmar; USA/ Israel – Palestine; USA – Iraq; USA – Libya; USA – Jordan; USA – Saudi Arabia;
(Both by installing sons of US Mothers as Crown Princes out of turn). USA/ Russia/ Iran – Syria; USA
– Pakistan (through installing a Closet/ Fascist Prime Minister); USA/ Saudi Arabia – Iran.
Much of this has to do with imminent Climate Crash.
The National Science Foundation of the USA uncovered proof that the Earth went through very long
periods of Glaciation and Ice-Age and has been experiencing warm weather since only the last 10 –
12,000 years.

During this period we, most of the human race has evolved through Reptillian and Mamalinian
Consciousness to some stage of Self-Consciousness with rare instances of Cosmic Consciousness.
The upsurge in Global Warming and it's equal and opposite Cooling, will result in Climate Crash and
herald in another Mini Ice-Age. This occured from about 1300 CE to about 1850 CE.
Several causes have been proposed: cyclical lows in solar radiation, heightened volcanic activity,
changes in the ocean circulation, variations in Earth's orbit and axial tilt (orbital forcing), inherent
variability in global climate, and decreases in the human population (for example from the Black Death
and the colonization of the Americas). 1
In Pakistan, the Baluchistan province became colder and the native Baloch people started mass
migration and settled along the Indus River in Sindh and Punjab provinces.
During an intergennum, there were 2-300 Years of extended Drought which resulted in extinction of the
Mohenjo Daro-Harrapa Civilization in the Pothwar area of Punjan, Pakistan. The only area to
experience relatively moderate climate with rainfall was the Southern Slopes of the Lesser Himayals
(Siwaliks) in Hazara and Azad Kashmir.

This was a result of years of research2 Which led the Pentagon to set a Strategy for Control of Midde
Eastern Oil, irrespective of the Environment; Human Casualties and the hopes and aspirations of
millions of the Bewildered Masses.

solar cycles will cancel each other out.
This, they say, will lead to a phenomenon known as the 'Maunder minimum' - which has previously
been known as a Mini Ice Age when it hit between 1646 and 1715, even causing London's River
Thames to freeze over.”3
“The Maunder Minimum (also known as the prolonged sunspot minimum) is the name used for the
period starting in about 1645 and continuing to about 1715 when sunspots became exceedingly rare, as
noted by solar observers of the time.”

“This period of solar inactivity also corresponds to a climatic period called the 'Little Ice Age' when
rivers that are normally ice-free froze and snow fields remained year-round at lower altitudes.
There is evidence that the Sun has had similar periods of inactivity in the more distant past, Nasa says.
The Conventional Solar Cycle:
Conventional wisdom holds that solar activity swings back and forth like a simple pendelum. At one
end of the cycle. There is a quiet time with few sunspots and flares.
At the other end, solar max brings high sunspot numbers and frequent solar storms. It’s a regular
rhythm that repeats every 11 years. Reality is more complicated. Astronomers have been counting
sunspots for centuries, and they have seen that the solar cycle is not perfectly regular.”

Due to Nuclear Threat; Neo-Colonial Adventurism; Rank expolitation of Natural Resources; Resource
Grabbing; Inter-Power Rivalry and myriad other pressures and activities impacting our Climate we are
on the threshold of extinction like the Dionsaurs of yore.
My saga of over 25 years in the Rural and Urban Wilderness of Pakistan amidst the Bewildered Poor
has resulted in Positive Solutions to Respond adequately to Environmental Degradation; Bio-Diversity
Wipeout; Spiralling Poverty; Household Nutritional Security; Social and Administrative Mechanisms
and evolutionary correction; Climate Change and Empowerment of the People through Self
Governance and Local Self-Reliance for Glocalization (Localization for Globalization and not he other
way round).
However the looming threat of Nuclear Holocaust; destabilization and denial of Human Rights
including the right to life are way beyond any solution that I might have to offer.
The only ray of hope was European Activism during the Iraq Invasion by USA and UK.
I call upon the Extinction Rebellion Activist to include Nuclear Holocaust and Neo-Colonialism in their
Rebellion as it is a much nearer, surer and devasting Reality!
