Q1: List the stakeholders and their job roles?
Ans: In stakeholders, there is a developer team and a user team.
In Developer Team:
• Business Analyst – An interpreter between the customer and
developer to pass requirements and ideas
• Project Manager -To manage all the activities and processes
occurring in the project
• Developer (Expert) -To bring user ideas and requirements to life
In User Team:
• User Representative -To list all the customer requirements
• Design Specialist – To give an overview on the layout of the
product that is required from the customer side.

Q2: What do you think the BA in the video fulfills the requirements bill of right and
responsibilities for software customers given in Table 2.1 and Table 2.1 from the book?
Highlight any characteristics that the BA does not fulfill?
Ans: Characteristics that the BA does not fulfill are following:

Right #3: To expect BAs to record requirements in an appropriate form


Right #4: To receive explanations of requirements practices and deliverables
Right #7: To hear ideas and alternatives for your requirements and for their solution
Right #8: To describe characteristics that will make the product easy to use
Right #9: To hear about ways to adjust requirements to accelerate development through reuse
Right #10: To receive a system that meets your functional needs and quality expectations
Requirement Bill of Responsibilities for Software Customers

Responsibility #2: To dedicate the time that it takes to provide and clarify requirements
Responsibility #3: To be specific and precise when providing input about requirements
Responsibility #7: To review requirements and evaluate prototypes
Responsibility #6: To set realistic requirement priorities in collaboration with developers
Responsibility #8: To establish acceptance criteria

Q3: Did you find any culture of dis respect/respect for the customer’s requirements by the
BA? Mention it.
Ans: The BA was very respectful to the customer team, their requirements and was ready to
accept anything from them but was very rude and disrespect towards the expert. BA was also not
taking his opinions into consideration.

Q4: Who were the decision makers in the videos?


Ans: Everyone expect the expert were the decision maker in the video.

Q5: On what requirements they agreed?


Ans: They agreed on the following Requirements:
Seven red lines, two with red ink, two with green ink, and the rest – with transparent and inflate a
red balloon.
