JOB SUMMARY:
The Business Manager will lead and supervise the work of
employees and in charge of designing business strategies and
managing all day-to-day operations to guarantee company
efficiency.
The Business Manager has an excellent written skill, verbal
communication skill and possessed the ability to identify
opportunities for growth.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Assess and identify new opportunities for growth in
current and prospective markets.
Establish the company’s goals and objectives.
Recruit and train new employees.
Perform regular employee evaluations to determine areas
of improvement.
Design business strategies and plans to meet the company
goals.
Make sure that the company has sufficient resources such
as personnel, material, and equipment.
Develop a comprehensive company budget and perform
periodic budget analyses.
Ensure all company activities adhere to legal guidelines
and policies.
Assess overall company performance.
Promote the bank in the community in order to attract
business.
Hire and train personnel.
Promote and sustain positive relationships with customers
and staff.
Set sales and lending goals.
Pass on information from higher ups (regional managers or
vice presidents) such as lending standards or particular
products to be marketed.
Report the branch’s performance to higher ups. CVTips

REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Business Management or
other related fields.
At least 5 years' experience in a management position.
Working knowledge of the latest business policies and
regulations.
Must have demonstrable analytical thinking & business
insight.
Proficient with numbers and finance, but even more
importantly a “people person”.
Must have a broad and detailed knowledge of the financial
and banking sector, particularly in the areas of personal
loans, commercial loans, and mortgages.
Knowledgeable of the latest rules and laws governing the
banking sector.
An understanding of marketing and sales techniques.
With interpersonal skills needed to hire, train, and
manage employees.
Must have an ability to deal with customers with tact
and confidentiality.
Must have effective and excellent written, verbal
communication, strong active listening and follow-up
skills.
Must have strong computer skills and the ability to
navigate through multiple systems without assistance.
Must have high level of intuition.
Must have courage and the willingness to take risks.
Must have self-confidence.
Must have strong ability to handle stress.
Must have efficiency in managing a team process.
Must have clear vision of the goal.
Must have analytical thinking.
Must have respect like-minded people.
