REPORT TO : VILLA SUPERVISOR/MANAGER

REQUIRED OUTCOMES:

 The Villa Butler is the main point of contact for Villa Guests and responsible to
provide the highest level of service to achieve guest satisfaction.
 Provide high quality food and beverage service.
 Work to achieve “WOW” factor in all aspects of the villa including presentation,
service, ambience.
 Act as a “Host” to all guests.
 Ensure highest levels of cleanliness and presentation of the villa at all times.
 Exhibit excellent communication in all dealings with guests, staff and management.
 Multi-task, support other team member functions and contribution towards the
efficient running of the Villa.
 Ensure Elite Havens Management policy and procedures are followed.

RELATIONSHIP:

The Butler reports directly to the Supervisor/ Manager

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES (include but not limited to the following):

1. Provide a polite and professional point of contact for the guest and be thoroughly
familiar with the services and facilities of the Villa.

2. Be familiar with the Bali area and be able to assist with providing general information to
guests about Bali and the activities available on the island

3. Assist with all cleaning duties throughout the Villa and its surrounds.

4. Assist with general cleaning duties when the Villa has no guests, and as requested

5. Make up Guest rooms as per the Villa Standard Operating Procedure

6. Assist with the cleaning of public areas and offices.


7. Assist in maintaining the villa condition in high level of standard all the times

8. Provide high quality service to guests including the taking of orders for food and
beverage and participate in the up-selling of the Villa’s food and beverage service.

9. Assist with providing high quality food and beverage services to guests.

10. Assist with food preparation where required.

11. Provide turn down service.

12. Handle guest and villa laundry.

13. Handle guest luggage.

14. Deal with guest complaints and promptly report any problems to the Villa Manager

15. Monitor and restock the mini-bar.

16. Be familiar with the operation of all villa equipment including telephone, facsimile
machine, CD/DVD/stereo systems, TV system, air conditioning equipment and personal
‘in room’ safe.

17. Assist with the physical inventories of items such as linen, food and beverage stocks.

18. Assist with rubbish removal.

19. Act as a person in charge during the absence of the Villa Manager in term of provides
service to the guest

20. Perform other duties as assigned from time to time by the Villa Manager or Supervisor
on Duty.
