(1). The Indirect Fired Heater shall be commont prectical design of indirect water bath heater, the vessel/shell is filled with water or mixture of water and glycol.
A fire tube and process coil are submerged in the bath, which transfers heat to the process stream in the coll. A liquid bath vessel is heated by one of several
firetubes into which a process coll is immersed. The liquid bath fluid is ussually water with anti freeze and corosion inhibitor.
(2). The Mix Glycol-water bath is designed for atmospheric condition PT.SURYATEGUH CP to confirm actual composition and whether atmospheric bath
can be used For this temperature.
(3). PT.SURYATEGUH CP. scope of supply is a Skid mounted Indirect Fired Heater, Include the following equipment as minimum.
1.1. Process Coll
1.2. Firebox with one or more tube bundles.
1.3. Two or more burners c/w Burner Management System (PLC Based)
