This Design Certificate refers to submission No. ITD/CP-03&04/NKDM/DWG0610 which comprises:

The Permanent Work Design submission

Design Stage: Inception Design/ Technical Design/ Construction/Installation Design/ AsBuilt

Document in respect of: Drawings of Long Span 40.0 - 45.0m Segmental Box-Girder Double Track
Viaduct.

The contents of this submission are listed in Section A below.

Dhaka Mass Rapid Transit Development Project — Contract Documents — Volume 3-1 — Specification
— General Specifications and which are of relevance to this submission are listed in Section B below.

We certify that the design of the Works, as shown and described in the drawings and documents are listed
in Section A below:
(a) Has been checked by us and complies with the Specification and all other requirements of the
Contract;

(b) Has been confirmed as a complete, adequate and valid design through an in-house design and
QA check.

(c) Includes all necessary and required approvals (e.g. From Local Authorities or agencies etc.)
relating to the design and copies of such approvals are annexed in Section C below;
(e) All effects of the design comprising the submission on, or from, the design of adjacent or other
parts of the Works and Interfacing Contracts have been fully taken into account in the design.
