1. This office shall conduct the evaluation and ranking of all interested and qualified
applicants to the positions of Senior Program Specialist, Education Program
Specialist II, Project Development Officer II and Accountant III. All applicants can
file their applications together with their supporting documents at the office of the
Human Resource on or before June 22, 2017.
2. Applicants must meet the Qualification Standards for the following vacant positions
per DepEd Rationalization Plan, April 30, 2014:
I
f. Service Records/ Designations/Appointment relevant to the position
g. Certificates of Relevant Trainings Attended
i. Specialized training e.g. Scholarship Programs, Study grants for
more than 1 month;
ii. Attendance to 3 or more trainings conducted for at least three (3)
days not credited in the last promotion;
iii. Attendance in 1 training for at least 3 days in the national and
international level;
iv. Chair/co-chair in Technical/Planning committee
h. Certificates and other documents relevant to the position applied for claims of
outstanding accomplishments garnered from the last promotion such as;
i. Outstanding Employee Award
ii. Publication and authorship
iii. Consultancy/Resource Speakership
iv. Innovations and Action Research.
i. Omnibus certification
9. All expenses incurred relative to these activities shall be chargeable against local
funds subject to the usual accounting and auditing rules and regulations.
