1. This office shall conduct the evaluation and ranking of all interested and qualified
applicants to the positions of Senior Program Specialist, Education Program
Specialist II, Project Development Officer II and Accountant III. All applicants can
file their applications together with their supporting documents at the office of the
Human Resource on or before June 22, 2017.
2. Applicants must meet the Qualification Standards for the following vacant positions
per DepEd Rationalization Plan, April 30, 2014:

3. Applicants shall submit the following documents:

a. Application letter stating the position applied for


b. CSC Form 212 (Personal Data Sheet) Handwritten with pass port size picture
c. Performance Rating for the last 3 rating periods (with numerical ratings)
d. Transcript of Records and Special order
e. Eligibility Rating

f. Service Records/ Designations/Appointment relevant to the position
g. Certificates of Relevant Trainings Attended
i. Specialized training e.g. Scholarship Programs, Study grants for
more than 1 month;
ii. Attendance to 3 or more trainings conducted for at least three (3)
days not credited in the last promotion;
iii. Attendance in 1 training for at least 3 days in the national and
international level;
iv. Chair/co-chair in Technical/Planning committee
h. Certificates and other documents relevant to the position applied for claims of
outstanding accomplishments garnered from the last promotion such as;
i. Outstanding Employee Award
ii. Publication and authorship
iii. Consultancy/Resource Speakership
iv. Innovations and Action Research.
i. Omnibus certification

4. The following timetable of activities shall be observed:

June 21 Planning Meeting of the Division PSB


June 13-22 Submission of pertinent documents
June 26-27 Preliminary Evaluation of documents by HRMO
June 29 Interview
June 30 Open Deliberation
July 3 Written Examination
July 4-7 Preparation and approval of the rank list

5. The criteria for Ranking are as


follows: (Reference: DepEd Order No. 66, s. 2007)

6. The Division Personnel Selection Board shall be composed of the following:

7. Submission of applications after the deadline shall no longer be accepted. The


applicants are requested to submit documents in long- size folder following the
suggested color

8. Applicants are advised to bring with them their original documents for verification
during the scheduled deliberation.

9. All expenses incurred relative to these activities shall be chargeable against local
funds subject to the usual accounting and auditing rules and regulations.

10. Immediate dissemination of and compliance with this Memorandum is desired.
