Daily Trade Fair Effectiveness Report on 29th Industrial India Trade Fair
24th December, 2016

Introduction
The aim of this report is to try and gauge the effectiveness of the trade fair after interacting with the
various stakeholders, conducting surveys and to come up with suggestions that may increase the
effectiveness of the trade fair.

11 students from the Indian Institute of Foreign Trade(Kolkata) visited the Trade Fair today. There
were five areas of interest – Hall 1, Hall 2, Hall 3, Hall 4 and the exhibits under the open air.

Students interacted with both potential buyers as well as stall owners and conducted surveys based
on separate questionnaires (refer Appendix) for both buyers and sellers. The data has been collated
and represented in the form of graphs in the following section. Further, additional comments and
observations have been recorded and based on the same a final consolidated report containing
recommendations will be prepared.
