(Reaction Paper)

The Basic Financial Analysis has further improved my analytical skills. I was able to
understand what was the original entry and the secondary entry ,although, I am familiar with it
already because I have encountered it on my pervious accounting subject but in Financial
Analysis it was well-tailored and explained.
I had learned how to compute a depreciation in accounting and what particular method will be
use which is a straight line method and a sum of the year method. The straight line method was
easy to use while the sum of the year method was not easy, you have to analyze the data
deeper in order to solve the problem.
Our Professor also taught us how to make a financial statement on the spot and I was puzzled
at first, but if you just listen with what the teacher is saying and if you just analyze it then it will
be easy. This was an eye opener for me as it is a financial part of the business and it will
happened in real life workplace.
I felt that I am going to learn a lot from this subject and it will help me in my intended career in
the near future.
