Our University-specific Events teams have hosted the likes of Brian Behlendorf (Executive Director
of Hyperledger) and Charles Hoskinson (CEO of IOHK and co-founder of Ethereum and
Cardano). This year we created Blockchain In The Digital Economy (BIDE 2019) – the largest
student-led blockchain conference in Europe! We look for passionate proactive networkers, who are
willing to draw in speakers from around the world.
Responsibilities:
• Craft the Blockchain event strategy at your university
• Procure speakers by: attending events, emailing, calling and cultivating connections
• Engage with institutional and industry partners to provide educational services and
resources to LBL’s eco-system

PUBLIC RELATIONS/ BUSINESS
Our Public Relations team is working to create an eco-system of industry leaders, start-ups,
consortia and regulators, to grow and benefit our student community, proliferate the services of
our Labs team, and allow the future generation of professionals to be engaged in real-world
Blockchain problems from the beginning. We are looking for strong negotiators with a pro-
active mind-set, who want to explore the Blockchain field and build a network.
Responsibilities:
• Perform market research and identify viable applications of LBL’s competencies
• Build a global partner network for LBL
• Handle the LBL partner negotiations pipeline
• Build and support Start-up eco-system
• Manage all incoming deal flow alongside the Directors.
What we look for:
• Ability to conduct thorough and insightful market research
• Strong networking skills
• Strong negotiation skills
• Keen understanding of Blockchain, or the ability to reach a high level of
understanding quickly

MARKETING
Our Marketing team manage the multi-media content offering of LBL, seeking to maximise
outreach, build our community and make our brand well-known worldwide. We are looking
for creative thinkers, who are able to work to tight deadlines in fast-paced projects.
Responsibilities:
• Manage LBL’s online presence alongside the Events Team.
• Create and sustain informational campaigns to educate our
community on the latest Blockchain trends and developments
• Analyse traffic and tailor marketing strategy to optimise engagement
• Produce visually and informationally compelling content
• Advertise the services of LBL to both the student community and
prospective partners
What we look for:
• Experience in managing social media
• Experience in graphic design and web-design
• Ability to work on multiple projects and stick to deadlines

MARKETS
Our Markets team is compiling research and tracking movements in the Cryptocurrency Market. We
host a Telegram channel that delivers daily updates on Bitcoin and coin picks for select cryptocurrencies.
These posts feature both technical and fundamental analysis as well as the latest news in the blockchain
world. We also post medium articles on popular and controversial topics in blockchain that aim to
educate the wider community. In addition, we have a Discord channel that facilitates more general
discussions and contains the information provided in the Telegram channel. We are looking for
cryptocurrency enthusiasts with a mind for research and have experience in technical analysis.

Responsibilities:
• Produce updates that use technical and fundamental analysis on t price of Bitcoin to evaluate if
the short term outlook is either bullish or bearish
• Give coin picks on a particular cryptocurrency that you believe will have a large change in price
soon and build your case using technical and fundamental analysis
• Write Medium articles on your topic of choice within the blockchain ecosystem
What we look for:
• Passion for blockchain and cryptocurrency
• Understanding of financial markets as well as the basics of technical and fundamental analysis
• A proven ability to produce high quality research

LABS
Our Labs team of PhD, MSc and BSc Blockchain developers will work on developing Blockchain
use-cases, DApps and research projects, in collaboration with academia and businesses. We are
looking for developers and Blockchain Enthusiasts with a drive to learn and a creative mind.

Responsibilities:
• Participate in DApp development and partner-commissioned research projects
• Learn from your peers and the online resources provided by LBL
• Lead hands-on workshops for the student community
What we look for:
• Advanced knowledge of Blockchain, or the ability to obtain this knowledge quickly
• Background in computer science, or experience in coding. Blockchain-specific
experience desired, but not necessary
• Passion for learning and educating
