1. I am a native of Bacolod-kalawi, Lanao Del Sur, and A Muslim by religion and a Filipino by
citizenship.
2. I finished my prescribed four years course leading to the degree of bachelor of
elementary education (BEED).
3. Experienced 2 years volunteer as teacher at BALUT PRIMARY SCHOOL, Bacolod kalawi
lanao Del sur 2017-2018.
4. TEAM LEADER of 2months validation in lasureco sponsored by USAID.
5. Attended 5-days of 3rd level training on 2017 listing of farm household (LFH) as an
ENUMERATOR.
6. Attended 5- days training of CENSUS of population as an ENUMERATOR.
7. Attended 5-days seminar skill training facilitator & Workshop in the implementation of
functional literacy training under the learning livelihood and good sufficiency.
8. One year teaching at AMel-C at marawi city.
9. Attended workshop on exploration to learning guide& lesson planning.
