STYX Shoe Business is going to hire people that are mainly embodies the essence of positive
character and attitude, more to that the individuals to be hired must have the experience in terms
of the production process of shoe. Staff or personnel are required to obey the follow rules and
regulations:
Work schedule, breaks, and leave are given for the employees in times of emergencies. It is
where you can see the employees’ schedule during weekdays and weekends, and the number of
days given during leave. In this manner the business itself will be organize with great efficiency.
- Employees should work 8 hrs. a day from Monday to Saturday with 1 hr. break during lunch (
- Employees are allowed to leave with a minimum of 3 days and a maximum of 7 days;
- Employees are allowed to leave if reasons are valid (sick leave, jury duty, emergencies, and
other absences) including those mandated by the family and Medical Leave Act.
Salaries are given to employees who are working in a business/company. Salary is a fixed
regular payment, typically paid on a monthly or biweekly basis but often expressed as an annual
sum, made by an employer to an employee, especially a professional or white-collar worker.

Behavior/Character
Employees with character are now a must in a business. Employees should have a good character
and behavior in approaching a customer or client. Behavior is the way in which one acts or
conducts oneself, especially towards others. (oxforddictionaries.com, 2018)
- Be honest even if others are not, even if others cannot, and even if others will not.
Verbal warning. If the employees violated some rules and/or regulation about their job
performance, attendance, appropriate dress, objectionable behavior toward other employees and
customers. The management will call the attention of the employees who got violated the rules
and talk to him/her privately and tell that he/she violated some rules implemented by the
management to give warning and awareness by deficiencies. And also to serves as an evidence
justifying demotion/termination if the employees fails to respond appropriately.
Written Reprimand. If the employees violates and continue his/her tardiness, appropriate dress,
objectionable behavior directed toward other employees and to customer. The management of
the said business automatically gives them a letter in which it reminds them they already violate
the rules for the 2nd time.
Suspension. If the employees violated the rules for the 3rd time loss of work and wages for 1
week or more depending on the severity of offense will be implemented. Notice of suspension is
provided to employee writing.
Work Schedule.
The table represents the schedules of Saranghae Oppa Café’s employees. The said
schedules are going to be followed every work days which are from Monday to Saturday.
