Allowable Payments - Madrasah

A Madrasah is NOT ALLOWED to use the Grant for the following activities:

a.   Constructing, rehabilitating (serious renovation) of Madrasah infrastructure (such as building a new classroom

b. Giving donations, bonus, tips, rewards, commission, or any expenses of this nature.

c.   Transferring or saving the money in another bank account or another financial institution for the purpose of ea

d.   Purchasing land in order to extend the Madrasah premises.

e. Giving the fund as a loan to another person or institution in order to get profit.

f.    Investing the fund in activities that yield commercial results or activities such as agriculture activities, etc

g.   Providing meals for a madrasah meeting or to pay madrasah teachers or personnel’s wages which are of routi

h.   Purchasing construction products that contain asbestos.

i.    Purchasing and installing barbed wire as fences around Madrasah.

j.    Purchasing illegal timber, which is timber that does not have a certificate indicating it is plantation timber.

k. Paying of honorarium, fees and allowances to the Principal, Head of Foundation, teachers, and other madrasa
