Reinforce Concrete Work:

A.Condition Of Work

1.Product and installation for form work need to fabricate accurately following by sectional dimension
standard.

2.Minor transport storage concrete curing and taking form and so on try no to interrupt with next
progress schedule.

3.After finish concrete work there should be a final line marking,for next program schedule

4.Before install the form panel board must apply form oil and cleaning work and when concrete pouring
work stand by carpenter for prevent occurrence of damage.

5. work related with next progress follow by drawings and get approval from the owner

6.Support distance and space follow by drawings and get approval from the owner.

7.Formwork(vertical horizontal and size shapeaaa0shall be inspected and get approval from the owner.

8.Rebar installation such as space of rebar,spacer, separator and cleaning form before pouring shall be
inspected and get approval from the owner then goes to next approval from the owner goes to next
progress.

9.Scaffolding installation(joint pin support catwalk, safety steps shall be inspected and get approval from
the owner.

CHB WORK
A.Condition Of Work

1.CHB laying

2.If the wall height and length exceed 3m,it shall be installed the reinforcement concrete form work

3.Mortar compound ratio 1:3 cement sand

4.All wall shall be installed from on the slab concrete to bottom of upper slab
Plastering Works
1.Plasterring thickness shall follow the drawings otherwise follow the standard specification

2.If the cement mortar joint is difficult to plastering work use the mortar adhesive in a timely manner
then sprinkling water for the surface

3.Mortar mixing ratio of cement mortar is subject to the standard specification

4.Construction period is negotiable by the owner

5. When plain concrete pouring work(including all wall floor levelling mark line )is done by the
contractor use electric finishing and pumpcrete.Cover all floor areas until they are finished to prevent
from damage

6.If installation of metal lath reinforcement under the direction of the owner is needed it shall be done
by the contractor including materials

7.When plastering work cover the all area to prevent from damage and if there it should be fixed

8.Lifting of materials shall be done by the contractor and extra heavy equipments(if necessary shall be
used as the expensie of the contractor

Electrical Works
A.Condition Of Work

1.Installation of power panels,installation of roughing ins for electrical wirings

2.Installation of convenience outlet wll table mounted

3. Installation of lightings panel lights emergency lights and exit lights

4. insulation testing and continuity test

Plumbing Works
1.Coring works for sewer and water line,installation of plumbing lines

2.Installation of toilet fixtures water closet urinal shower

3.Leak test and flood testing
