- Payment of Business Permit Assessment Fee
- Processing of other related permits like Sanitary Permit,
Fire Inspection Permit, CENRO, Locational Clearance,
Cedula, Insurance
- Releasing of Business Permit
- Releasing of Other permits
 STEP 4 – BUREAU OF INTERNAL REVENUE (BIR)
STEP BY STEP - WORK PROCESS PROCESSING PERIOD
- Documentation
- Submission of requirements to BIR office
- Payment of Registration fee, doc. Stamps, etc.
- Follow up (leg work/field work) for BIR Certificate
- Releasing of BIR 2303 – Certification of Registration 10 to 15 working days
- Processing of BIR 1906 – Application of Authority to - Upon releasing of SEC Certificate and Business
Print (leg work/field work) Permit form City Hall
- Follow up (leg work/field work) for BIR 1921 – Authority
to Print
- Releasing of BIR 1921 – Authority to Print
- Processing of receipts to accredited printer
- Releasing of BIR receipts

TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

1. 50% down payment is required upon signing

2. 30% upon issuance of SEC Certificate, Articles of Incorporation and By-Laws
3. Balance of 20% shall be paid upon transmittal of documents
4. The factor affecting professional fees are based upon several factors including time, labor involved,
transportation, representation, knowledge and skill requisite to perform the said services properly and the
technicalities and due process that we will apply to your company.
