surely look for. The proposed business will give a new experience to taste the buds of the

consumers. For the Cebuano’s love for Ice cream, the business made the idea of putting some

twist on the Ice cream into a product that the Cebuanos can dig in. The product will be packed in

a sealed glass container to preserve the aroma and the quality. Ice Crème de Carota will make its

product affordable with its best quality. The business will serve the crowded place in Barangay

Guizo, Mandaue City to give them a relaxing break.

Ice Cream businesses have been growing in Cebu City. From foreign brands to home

made products of the locals, it is currently a hit in this area of the business industry.
People love and enjoy eating Ice Cream on any darn day. People also heard about the

disadvantages on eating Ice Cream as well, but eating Ice Cream have some health benefits such

as; Source of Vitamins, Provides Energy, Source of Minerals, and Stimulates the Brain. Ice

middle and low class income such as employees or workers, ordinary small businessman,

parents, self-employed, and individuals. These will be directly offered to the people with

community are included. Consumers who are interested to try a new kind of flavor of an Ice

afford the product that the proponents have made. They are a lot of workplace in the

surroundings so there might be workers that wanted to have dessert after meal

The self-employed have 18% of the potential demand due to their capability of making

their own bills and are competent.

In conducting a business, competitors are always present. Based from the survey

conducted by the proponents on the target location site which is in Barangay Guizo and Gaisano

Country Mall located at Guizo, Mandaue City and Camp Lapu-Lapu Rd, Apas, Cebu City, Cebu

respectively have lots of known competitors, trusted brands which are familiar to almost

everyone. Customers tend to buy what they recognize and it can be difficult to challenge a brand

that is well known. The proposed product "Carrot Ice Cream" is mostly made up of cream milk,

grated carrots, and vanilla extract. This will give an opportunity to the business to offer unique

and new to the customers with matching healthy ingredients and a high quality product that

offers a much more affordable price.
