SUBJECT : DIDM Nationwide Validation 2019

DATE : May 20, 2019

1. Reference: Memorandum from TDIDM dated May 20, 2019 with same
subject as above.

2. This pertains to the scheduled four-day Nationwide Validation of DIDM at

Camp BGen Vicente Lim, Calamba City, Laguna on May 27-30, 2019.

3. In this regard, you are hereby directed to attend said activity together with
your Chief, Investigation Section; Investigator-on-Case; two (2) Crime Registrars;
Chief WCPD; WCPD Investigators; WCPD Crime Registrar; and Warrant
Officer/Encoder.

4. Further, you are hereby directed to bring the following materials to be used
during the said activity:
a. Blotter Books (with records from January 2017 to present);
b. HCUI Case Folders from July 1, 2016 to April 1, 2019;
c. Drug Cases in relation to ID3 Compliance Case Folders from July 1,
2016 to April 1, 2019;
d. SITG Case Folders from July 1, 2016 to April 1, 2019;
e. Cold Case Folders from July 1, 2016 to April1, 2019; and
f. COLA Case Folders from July 1, 2016 to April 1, 2019.

5. Furthermore, submit to this office (Attn: PIDMB) not later than 8:00 AM
tomorrow May 21, 2019 through email at bppo_investigation@yahoo.com, the
names, designation and contact number of your participants using the format below.
