Description:
Acacia greggii including legumes. Morphology of this plant is root, stem, flower and fruit leaves.
The roots are riding. The stem is elongated round with a rough surface. The leaves are compound, facing
each other and light green to old. The flowers are compound, like nails, yellow. The fruit is oval shaped,
green when young and brown when old.

Content:
Acacia trees have high cellulose content and are able to grow quickly. Acacia leaves still have the
potential to be developed as biosorbents because they contain natural polyphenols in the form of tannins,
saponins and high cellulose content (Hasfita, 2012).
