• Benefits
I was able to handle strenuous activities and I don’t get tired easily. It
also helped me maintain my balanced diet.I always go to the gym 3
times a week, my Trainor trains me how to do stretches, lifts, cardio
exercises and more. Its results are me being strong and fit. I don’t get
sick easily and even if I get sick, it won’t last long.
• Barriers
In adopting and maintaining a healthy lifestyle, barriers and problems
are always present. One of the barriers that I’ve experienced is time
availability.In time availability, I’m often confused with work or gym
(exercise) of course I always choose work over exercise but that rarely
happens because I keep a planner and I organize my time table.
