Typically Range $0 - $200,000

Last Market Sale Date: Last 6 Months

Tab: Options
Owner Occupied Status: Absentee Owned
✓ Include Properties with In-State Owners
✓ Include Properties with Out-Of-State Owners

Trustee-Owned Properties
✓ No Preference

Corporate Owned Properties

✓ No Preference

Step 4: Create Your Zip Code List

1. Click on Purchase Lists
2. Click on Purchase Partial List Tab
3. Click on Custom Selection
4. Select Zip Codes
5. Click Export
6. Enter your email address in both spots and click submit
7. Check Your Email and Download your Zip Code List Count Listsource
Sent You
8. Configure your Data by sorting in largest to smallest order
9. Pick Your Zip Codes to Target
