Next Steps in your fundraising quest -

For fund-raising through CLUB ah!, please share an introductory mail covering below
mentioned headers. You can use text, images and web-links under each header.

1. Your Idea, Business Model and its USP - Please share problem, solution,
product salient features, product workflow & demo link, market opportunity
business & revenue model, competitive landscape & differentiators, entry
barrier (including IP and patents), marquee clients and their testimonials. Also
include video pitch link if available.
2. Growth / Traction achieved till date (in numbers) - Please share monthly
average GMV or topline, monthly average revenue, monthly total
transactions, monthly repeat transactions, annual growth rate, average
transaction value and average margin per transaction for all revenue
channels. Also include total registered users & vendors (if applicable) and
total bootstrapped amount except other data points.
3. Team profile (with LinkedIn links) and team member expertise - Please
include a few lines about each core team member covering their educational
background, professional background and expertise with their linkedin links.
4. High level Projections, Future Strategy & Expansion Plans - Please
share monthly P&L for last 1 year (if applicable) and projected income &
expense statement for the next 2-3 years.
5. Investment Raised till date and Investor Profile (with LinkedIn links) -
Please share investment amount, investor profile(s) and valuation for each
fund raise round.
6. Total Funds needed now, it's Use and Expected Traction that would be
achieved on its burn - Please share funding required, valuation, minimum
investment amount per investor, investment tranches (if applicable) fund
utilization, revenue/user milestones to be achieved with the current fund
raise, exit strategy and business risks & its mitigation plan.
7. Soft commitments for current round from current/other investors (along
with LinkedIn links) & its terms - Please share details of investment
amount(s) already committed with investor profile(s).

the moment, for our internal consumption only and is eventually shared, directly by
you, with the investors who show interest.)
