Power ON/OFF Key : Red button on the top right corner is for power
ON/OFF.

CANCEL Key : Red button on the right hand side with 'X' sign
is for Cancel function.

ENTER Key : Green button on the bottom right corner is for
accepting the input.

Functional Keys : F1,F2,F3,F4,F5,F6,F7,F8,F9,F10,F11,F12 &

F13 are the functional keys.

Left Arrow Key : This key is for 'Backspace' function.

Navigational Keys: 'Up Arrow' Key is for moving upside

throughout the menu and 'F9' is for moving
downside.

Deferred Printing: This function is for extended printing.

For example :- If you have printed 2 purchies with only 1 copy i.e.
'Grower Copy' and after some time you want the rest of the copies to
be printed then you can get those copies by pressing 'Deferred
Printing'. If you have already printed all the 3 copies and you still want
to get the print of that purchy then by deferred printing you'll get all
the copies except the grower copy.

Reprint Cane Receipts

Here you will specify starting and ending Cane Receipt numbers.
System will print all the “left over” copies of cane receipts within
specified number range.

HOT KEYS : - There are some 'Hot Keys' given in the new
version for the convenience of the user.

Options are as follows :

1) <F13> + <F2> : An administrative option has been introduced

to “Print Sample Cane Receipt” to test the printing and the
format of Cane Receipts. This option works at the menu screen
stage, on pressing <F13> and <F2> keys in this order.

2) <F13> + <F3> : An administrative option has been introduced

to “Display Gross Weight and Tare Weight Limits”. This option
works at the menu screen stage, on pressing <F13> and <F3>
keys in this order.

 3) <F13> + <F6> : An administrative option has been introduced
to “Display Purchase Rules”. Purchase Rules define various
categories of cane which can be accepted on each category of
Supply Tickets. Categories are – Early, General and Rejected.
This option works at the menu screen stage, on pressing <F13>
and <F6> keys in this order.

4) <F13> + <F7> : An administrative option has been added to

“Display Database Statistics”. This option displays number of
records in each table of HHT database. Total display is divided
in two screens. It also displays “Centre Free Date”, if any, in 3rd
line of second screen. Further, in 4th and 5th line of second
screen, it displays Last Cane Receipt numbers of Cane Receipts
in HHT memory. This option works at the menu screen stage, on
pressing <F13> and <F7> keys in this order.

 TROUBLESHOOTING For SMART CENTRE

HHT Error Messages For :-

1) REGISTRATION PROCESS

SIM/Network Missing.

Step1 : Check whether the SIM inserted in the HHT or not.

Step2 : Check the GSM signal by inserting the SIM in your

mobile.

Step3 : If it still not working that means your modem not working.
Try another SIM in your mobile.

Invalid Registration – 1

Step1 : Restart the HHT.

Step2 : Give Factory_Code and Terminal_ID for sending the

registration ID again.

Invalid Registration – 2

Step1 : Contact Amity.

Registration Not Done – 3

Step1 : Check the GSM signal by inserting SIM in your mobile.

Step2 : Request sent for registration not approved or Pending by

Amity.

Communication Stopped.

Step1 : Check SIM that you are using is GPRS enabled by inserting
that SIM on any mobile.

Step2 : Check whether you have selected correct network according

to your SIM.

Step3 : Check with your service provider that your area is under
GPRS network or not.

2 ) TERMINAL VALIDATION PROCESS

Waiting For Registration

Step1 : Registration request pending or not approved by Amity.

ERR Database

Step1 : After exporting all the purchies run the cln.img once.
OR
Step2 : If it still not working then contact Amity as database of
terminal got corrupted.

3) INITIALIZATION PROCESS

No Parameter Available.

Step1 : Check for the GPRS connectivity by inserting SIM on

datacard.

Step2 : Check the Cane_centre_app.exe all the parameter should

be imported.

Step3 : Restart the HHT.

No HHT Recs Available

Step1 : Check for the GPRS connectivity by inserting SIM on

datacard.

Step2 : Check the Cane_centre_app.exe all the parameter should

be imported.

Step3 : Restart the HHT.

Update Control Failed – 1

Step1 : Check the Sql data as data can be defective.

Step2 : Check for the 'Name' parameter. It should not contain single
quotes (' ').

HHT Lock

Step1 : Open the Cane_HHT form.

Step2 : Changed the STATUS field from 0 to 1 or any number other

than 0.

Step3 : Press the button of UPDATE.

HHT Invalid

Step1 : Open the Cane_HHT form.

Step2 : Check the Valid_From or Valid_Till field data. It can be

incorrect. e.g If your data entered in these fields is 20/10/10
till 30/12/10 and you are trying to use the HHT 1/01/11.It'll
give this error.

Step3 : Enter the correct data in both the fields.

No Cane Rates Found

Step1 : Open the Cane_Rate Form.

Step2 : Check for any blank field as rate field cannot be left blank.

Step3 : Put '0' in every field if you do not want to set rates for the
center.

Note : Without mentioning the rates it will not process further.

Update Center Failed

Step1 : Check the Sql data.

Step2 : Check the name of the center. It should not have single
quotes (' ') or comma (,).

Update Clerk Failed

Step1 : Check the Sql data.

Step2 : Check the name of the Clerk. It should not have single quotes
(' ') or comma (,).

Update Modes Failed

Step1 : Check the Sql data.

Step2 : Check the name of the mode. It should not have single quotes
(' ') or comma (,).

Cane_Centre_app.exe Messages

1.) HHT Not Found in Database :- This message displayed when

you forget to define the HHT. You have to define the HHT.

2.) Parameters Not Define in Database :- This message is

displayed when you forget to define the Parameters. So you have to
define the parameters.

3.) Changed Parameters Sent to HHT :- This message displayed

when HHT is sending request to server for printing the purchy and
before sending request to the server you have changed the parameters.
So after changing the parameters this message gets displayed.

4.) Farmer Import request from (HHT_No.) of Farmer :

(Farmer_Count) :- This message gets displayed while importing the
Farmer data.

5.) Tkt required from (HHT_No.) of tickets : (Tkt_Count) :-

This message gets displayed while importing supplying ticket data.

6.) Sent (Tkt_count) tickets to HHT : (HHT_No.) :- This

message gets displayed when the data sent for the no. of tickets to
mentioned HHT.

7.) Import Done successfully on Centre :- (Centre_Code) :-
This message gets displayed when data successfully imported for that
center.

8.) Purchy already exist :- This message gets displayed when trying
to send the request for the same purchy_no. For this check the
Mill_Pur_log table.

Steps For Locking Damaged HHT

Step1 : Open the Cane HHT form.

Step2 : Changed the STATUS field from 0 to 1 or any number other

than 0.

Step3 : Press the button of UPDATE.

NOTE : To lock the HHT which is in use put status to numeric value
except 0 as 0 is for 'Live' status.

 Steps for Installing new HHT for the same Center

Step1 : Assure that all the purchase transactions from the HHT has
been exported.

Step2 : Now check data exported correctly in the MILL_PUR or not.

Step3 : Go to the Centre form and check the Last Purchy details.

Step2 : Go to the Cane_HHT form delete all the details of the Old
HHT by clicking on Delete Button.

Step3 : If the HHT to be installed in the centre is old then clean it

through the Cln.img file.

Step4 : Open the Cane_HHT form from HHT_Param. Assign it the

Centre.

Step5 : Put the Centre code for which the HHT needs to be installed.

Step6 : After filling all the details in the Cane_HHT form Click on
INSERT button.

Step7 : Restart the HHT.
